Terms of Service

1. The service

Stonegate Sites (operated by [legal entity name]) provides a subscription service for businesses: we build, host, maintain, and operate a business website together with communication features (missed-call textback, AI chat, lead inbox app). The service is provided as described on our website and at checkout.

2. Subscription, billing, cancellation

The service is billed monthly (or annually, if selected) in advance via our payment processor (Stripe).
Month-to-month by default; cancel anytime effective at the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees.
Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; changes never apply retroactively to an already-paid period.

3. Ownership & your exit rights

The plain-English version: Your domain is yours. Your content (your photos, your reviews, your texts) is yours. The website we built and the system behind it are ours while you subscribe. If you leave, you can take a full export of your website with you for a flat transfer fee of [$X] — or simply walk away. We don't hold websites hostage.

Your property: your domain name (registered in your name or transferred to you on request), your business content, photos, and customer data. On cancellation, we return your customer/lead data as a standard export, free of charge.
Our property: the website design, templates, software, and automation systems, licensed to you for the duration of the subscription.
Export option: within 60 days of cancellation you may purchase a complete static export of your website (design and content, excluding the proprietary automation systems) for a one-time fee of [$X].

4. Demonstration websites

We may prepare demonstration websites for businesses using publicly available information, at no cost and with no obligation. Demonstration sites are clearly reserved previews, are deleted after the reservation period, and will be removed immediately upon request by the business concerned.

5. Fair use — changes & support

The subscription includes reasonable content changes ([N] change requests per year, e.g., updated photos, prices, service areas) and technical support. Structural redesigns or additional pages beyond fair use are quoted separately before any work happens.

6. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate business information and only content you have the right to use;
Use the communication features lawfully — in particular, no unsolicited marketing messages through the platform; SMS features are for responding to customer-initiated contact and service communication;
Keep your account and payment information current.

7. Service levels & disclaimers

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided “as is”; to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts paid in the [12] months preceding the claim. [Attorney: add state-specific consumer provisions.]

8. Termination by us

We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment or unlawful use, with notice where practicable. Your export rights under §3 survive termination.
